Trout of 25lb 5 oz.
• Loch
Awe produced again when this was smashed on 13th July 2000 with a
new British record Brown Trout of 30lb 8 oz.
• Loch

broken with a Brown Trout of 31lb 12 oz.
Many
anglers believe it will not belong before a 40lb Brown Trout is taken
from the Loch …. They’re out there
to be caught!
The loch is also a pilgrimage for those who seek to catch monster pike.
In addition to Salmon, some sea-trout and brown trout, the loch also
contains artic char, perch and rainbow trout.
