What does your rental include ?

Electricity - YES
The Cabin is equipped with electric heating, lighting, cooker and shower. The rental price includes all electricity.

Bedding - YES
There is no need to bring any bedding as all bed linen is supplied. Where you stay for a 2 week period, linen will be changed at the end of the first week.

Tele-video - YES
The area has poor television reception, however, there is a supply of video taped movies available in the Cabin, and Sky Freeview is currently being installed.

Keys - YES
The Cabin keys are held locally. You will be asked for a small deposit when you get the Cabin key. This will be returned to you when you return the key at the end of your holiday. It’s more to help you as a means of remembering to return the key.

Fishing rights - YES

Hire of the Cabin allows you to fish on a designated part of the shore of Loch Awe. However, for about £3 per day, you can have access to the entire loch.

Boat Launch – YES

You are entitled to launch a boat from the shore area designated on the Cabin site.

 

Laundry - NO
Laundry is Not included but there is coin-operated washing and dryer machines available on the cabin site.

Towels – NO – unless ordered.
You must bring your own towels and dish towels although these can be hired locally for a small charge. Let me know when making your booking if you require a supply of towels and dish towels.

SUPPLEMENTS
Prices quoted are for up to 4 guests.  Supplements for additional guests are £10 per week per guest for weekly stays, and £10 per night per guest for short breaks.   There is a £10 per stay supplement for pets - well-behaved pets are welcome.
